I was uncertain on what exactly I needed to do when buying my first home, and Twila took the time to listen to my wants and needs and then based on those, she helped guide the entire process! She did research on the properties I was interested in and came with points to consider for now and the future. She offered her vast knowledge of the town and surrounding area, including bylaws and rules that would affect my decisions. She sacrificed time on a very important day to her family to ensure I was able to view and make an offer on my home! Purchasing a home from out of market during a pandemic on a 30 day close? Not a thing to worry about if you are using Twila Reberger! Twila responded to my initial email using the same communication style as I wrote to her in. This stuck out from other local realtors who barely responded with a simple request to meet. Twila's answers to my questions and supporting documentation (I do a fair amount of my own homework including researching county bylaws etc. but Twila held her own against all my questions) were exactly what I was looking for and instantly built rapport. She constantly went out of her way, understanding my wife and I were not local, to have evening conversations or exchange text messages (she always group messaged as well so my wife knew exactly what was happening), weekend showings, meeting me half way to collect and exchange paper work, recommending local inspectors, taking well water samples, etc., etc. Basically anything I needed she was there - she even witnessed my home inspection and returned later to get some additional photos. Yes, I felt so comfortable with Twila that having her witness my home inspection felt not just ok but normal. I would not hesitate for a single minute to recommend Twila or use her again in any real estate transaction. Thank you Twila!

While our house was on the market Twila was always available for advice, and successfully negotiated a final sale price to our financial benefit. After contacting Twila Reberger and a short explanation what I was looking for, she got a key within a short time and offered me to take a look on a lovely property, agreed to show me after my work at 20:00. We went to take a look, talked to a closest neighbor. I liked this property very much. Same evening an offer was made, quick respond from the owners, negotiation about price was done within a few minutes. Next morning I have got a list with instructions what to do, Twila helped me to set an appointment with my inspector, gave me few contacts to find a lawyer in case if I would not have mine and in case if I would work with one on the list. Helped me to deal with a management which serves our property, made them to provide me all documents I needed for the lawyer. I can not explain how I am satisfied. As a first time buyer and a new resident in Canada I would not be able to do everything myself and right on time. Month after first meeting I live in my new lovely home. 5 stars!

This was not only the sale of our beloved house but the only home we've known together as a family. Twila was up for the challenge - immediately she knew the task ahead of her, get the house sale ready and balance the emotions attached to the property to help ease us out of it making us comfortable with the entire process. She looked up what homes were going for in the category of the house we were selling. She stayed on it and would send me updates as to whom had shown interest and whenever there was a showing. She went out of her way to check on the house and on how we were doing. (We are Seniors) Because of COVID we were so restricted and she offered to pick up groceries etc. for us.
